All prices on are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards via Stripe and Paypal.


We can ship your order anywhere in the world and offer several shipping options for international orders. Rates depend on the amount of your purchase and shipping destination. Our recommended shipping options are USPS for domestic and international orders.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, when ordering outside the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Delivery Times and Shipping Cost

Delivery times depend on the availability of the items you order and the shipping option you select. Most orders are filled within 2 business days after receiving them.

Return Policy

Our products were designed and manufactured with great care, so we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We recommend that customers inspect orders for accuracy and manufacturer’s defects within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange.

New and unused items that have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of the date shipped. All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us.

No returns/refunds will be granted after 30 days from the date of shipping.

In the event that we make an order error we will replace product and ship via a ground service of our choosing

Product that is found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. Defective product should be made available or returned to us upon request before it is replaced and should only be discarded at our instruction.

To return or exchange item(s) purchased through, item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please submit a customer service inquiry if you wish to make a return.

How long does the red cedar aroma last?

Our aromatic red cedar products will a fresh cedar aroma for up to about a year. After that, you can periodically renew the wood’s natural aromatic properties with a light sanding. We also stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime guarantee against mechanical defect.
